Barristers
Barristers are in essence specialist advocates. Barristers work on instructions from solicitors and their work is principally directed to court and tribunals. The more complex the issue, and the more there is at stake, the more likely a solicitor will seek to have a barrister involved. Barristers are there to see that your point of view and position are firmly before the courts. Barristers are not necessarily expensive and money spent with barristers can often save a great deal of time and money in protracted litigation .See the Solicitors section for how to engage a barrister.
